This retightening service maintains your Sisterlocks™ system by securing new growth, preserving your parting pattern, and keeping your locs lightweight and uniform. Transfer clients will book a Zoom consultation to confirm grid integrity and answer all questions or concerns.

A specialized hourly service for clients whose locs need more than a standard retie. Includes grid restoration, separation of matted roots, repair of broken or thinning locs, and retightening. Best for transfer clients, clients overdue for maintenance (8+ weeks), or anyone experiencing breakage, slippage, or matting. Booked in flexible session lengths (2, 4, or 8 hours) so we can work at a pace that’s comfortable for you. Multiple sessions may be needed depending on the extent of repair. Rate: $60/hr, billed by actual time worked. A $25 retainer holds your appointment and card on file. Please arrive with hair freshly washed within 24 hours of your session.

Investment ranges from $850 - $1500. Microlocs can be established using: * Two strand twist Method (quickest to establish) * Braid Method (secure + less shrinkage + longest locking time) * Interlocking Method (longest install + instant loc) All installs are done with a clean, detail-focused approach to support long-term loc health and a beautiful foundation from day 1. This service is for children and teens ages 6-17 who are beginning their MicroLocs journey. Each install is completed using the interlocking, braid, or twist method - with careful attention to scalp comfort, precision parting, and long term loc health. MicroLocs sizes range from 1/4" - 1/2", determined by hair density, length, lifestyle, and parent/guardian preference. Installations are done at a relaxed pace, with breaks as needed, to ensure a positive and stress-free experience - especially for tender scalps or first time clients. An in person consultation is required prior to booking. The consultation allows for hair assessment, size selection, and timeline expectations. Final Investment confirmed at consult. Investments range from $250 - $500.
