Cancellation Policy
To ensure your child's microlocs astart strong and stay healthy, the following policies apply when booking: Consultation Required: A parent/guardian must complete a consultation prior to booking so we can confirm: 1) Desired size (1/4" - 1" parting) 2) Best Install Method (Twists / Braids / Interlocking) 3) Hair density, length, & Lifestyle needs 4) Total Time + Final Investment Parent/Guardian Requirements: 1) A parent/guardian must remain present for the appointment. 2) Please ensure our client arrives on time, fed, and prepared for a long service. I will provide snacks and drinks as needed, or you can provide as needed. Starter Phase Care Agreement: By booking, you agree 1) Follow recommended starter-phase care and maintenance schedules. 2) Keep products light/buildup free 3) Avoid frequent manipulation, oils, and creams in the hair and scalp. 4) Return to LOC'D & LOVELY for adjustments if needed, to protect the foundation & investment. Comfort & Scalp Safety: Microlocs must be installed tension-safe for growing scalps. If your child shows signs of discomfort, tenderness, or scalp sensitivity, the service may be adjusted for comfort and long term hair health.
