Refund Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both your time and ours, please review our cancellation, no-show, and refund policies below before booking.
Card on File
A valid card on file is required to book any appointment. This card will be used to enforce the cancellation and no-show policies outlined below.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
A “no-show” is defined as failing to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior cancellation.
No-shows will be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service price. Clients with a no-show on file will be banned from booking future appointments.
Deposits
Deposits required at the time of booking are non-refundable, except in cases where Loc’d & Lovely LLC (the owner) cancels or reschedules the appointment.
In that case, your deposit will be fully honored toward a rescheduled appointment or refunded at the owner’s discretion.
Retainer Fees (Establishment Services)
A retainer fee is required to book all establishment services, including Microlocs
Establishment, Sisterlocks™ Establishment, and Interlocking Establishment. This retainer fee goes toward the total cost of your service.
Retainer fees follow the same non-refundable terms as deposits, outlined above.
